Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the brokerage, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality performance. • Assist the owners with administrative and operational tasks, providing support in managing the overall business operations. • Manage and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Coordinate with agents to ensure they have the necessary support and resources to succeed, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving strategies to enhance performance and profitability. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, focusing on long-term growth and client loyalty. • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance and operational transparency. • Support recruitment and implementation of agent growth and acquisition. • Flawless onboarding and offboarding of new agents, helping to build a strong and capable team aligned with company culture and values. • Execute global and local events use of event checklist and event management. • Identify and address operational inefficiencies , implementing improvements to enhance overall performance and quality. • Execute tasks and projects with minimal supervision , demonstrating strong self-management and prioritization skills. • Align operations with company values , focusing on sustainable growth with an emphasis on agent support, culture, and profitability. • Take charge of foundational operational aspects , ensuring meticulous attention to detail to positively impact agent quality, retention, and expansion. • Lead and support the growth of various business segments , including the establishment of new offices and the expansion into new markets. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the real estate industry • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in CRM systems, Trello and Google Suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High level of professionalism and attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred Compensation: $85,000 DOE
