Job Summary
We are looking for a personable and steadfast Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Recovery Support Services program. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for "holding down the fort" at the office and supporting staff and management as needed. The Office Manager handles client records, insurance authorizations, new client intakes, onboarding new staff, policy updates and implementation maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring excellent client care and more. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the program
Provide administrative support to staff and management
Update and review client charts in Ignite Recovery's EHR
Submit and track insurance authorizations
Handle incoming calls and emails
Assist with developing procedures to deliver the highest level of client care
Maintain employee files, and assist with onboarding and training as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in management in an office or behavioral health setting
Billing/credentialing experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to patients’ request gracefully
Ability to create a professional and positive work environment
High level of organizational skills
Integrity-driven
