About the Job
? As our communication hub, we will lean on you to provide administrative and communication support to our management team and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and facilitating meetings
? Bring your love of organization to lead the maintenance of our filing systems and ensure documents are proof-read, edited, updated, and easily accessible
? We’ll look to you to manage customer correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and you’ll provide feedback, escalation and follow-up where needed to maintain exceptional service and DLC’s stellar reputation
? You’ll get to use your natural ability to take initiative to help make processes more efficient and productive
? You will ping-pong between collaborative and solo projects - your keen sense for when it’s time to put your head down and get the work done will be invaluable
? In this role, you’ll assist our bookkeeper with some intermediate accounting tasks where you can flex your love of numbers
? You will get to lead a few HR functions such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes and organizing company events
Office Manager Skills & Qualifications

? Administrative support experience
? Calendar management experience
? Invoicing and A/R experience
? Comfortable and professional phone and email presence
