    Salary: $65k-75k per year (based on experience)

    Schedule: Spring through Fall, you may work up to 50 hours per week.

    Mon-Fri with 7am start and may extend to 10-hour days on occasion.

    Office Manager Expectations:

    • You will oversee administrative tasks, such as invoicing, scheduling, and inventory management
    • Big picture financial responsibilities, such as monitoring expenses, budgeting and financial reporting.
    • You will engage with clients, upsell services, and manage customer communication.
    • You’ll manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, contract management, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • As we continue to grow, we will look to you to help hire, train, and hold team members accountable, and foster a growth-oriented culture.
    • We will rely on you to oversee and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide us with constructive feedback to enhance the impact of marketing strategies.
    • We will depend on you to coordinate, schedule and lead meetings, ensuring effective communication within the team, as well as external parties.
    • You will identify areas for process improvement, implement changes to increase efficiency, and contribute to strategic planning for company growth.
    • You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment with all our employees.
    • We will depend on you to bring organization and structure to the administrative side of our operations.


    Office Manager Skills and Qualifications:

    • Customer-facing experience
    • Marketing, Social Media and/or sales experience
    • Strong organizational skills
    • AP/AR, Invoicing, data entry
    • Experience developing goals and strategies and implementing processes
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as LMN- Landscape Management Network is a plus
    • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
