You’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and ensuring our administrative support is accurately following office policies. Responsibilities: • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties Qualifications: • Bookkeeping and Excel experience is a must • Payroll and HR experience is a must • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required Compensation: $60,000+ yearly DOE + Bonuses
