    Position Summary:

    The Office Manager is responsible for managing and supporting all clinic employees by assisting and tracking time off requests, covering for staffing shortages, assisting with patient check-ins, auditing, reporting on a variety of areas, creating action plans for each department, customer service, clinic inventory management, cleaning and maintaining two organized clinics.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Travel between two clinics to ensure smooth operations

    Manage time off requests and approve timecards for hourly staff

    Training of Front Desk staff; work with MA Manager for MA training

    Proactively address team issues and provide coaching and additional support

    Ensure all staff members abide by company policies and procedures

    Host monthly staff meetings

    Adequately cover positions when short staffed

    Chiro MA

    Front Desk

    Pain MA

    Ability to create action plans for each department to address bottle necks and improve clinic efficiency and track progress with milestones

    Communication with departments, management, patients, and providers

    Cleaning, Organization, Ordering

    Customer Service

    Ability to report and audit on several facets of clinic operations:

    Appointment Count by provider

    No-Shows

    Appointment Cancellations

    New Patient On-boarding, Evaluations and Surveys

    Patient Scheduling

    Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

    High School Diploma

    Associate degree in some healthcare field

    Proven customer service skills and ability to de-escalate

    Basic computer skills

    Schedule:

    8 hour shift

    Monday to Friday

    No weekends

    Pay range: $56,500-$62,000 annually
