This is a full-time position, stationed in our Edwards, CO office. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Experience in office management (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or the luxury service industry). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills —able to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —this person will be the go-to for agents, clients, and leadership. • Tech-savvy —proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and real estate platforms (CRM systems, MLS, transaction management software). • Problem-solving mindset —able to anticipate challenges and find proactive solutions. • Leadership ability —able to create a supportive and high-performing office culture. • Customer-service oriented —ensuring that agents, clients, and guests have an exceptional experience. • Financial acumen—basic understanding of budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a resort or luxury market is a plus. • Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and compliance. • Event planning and coordination experience. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
