    The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the company as a whole by managing our bookkeeping, ensuring AR & AP are up to date, and managing payroll. Great growth and career opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    Be a role model for employees

    Accounts receivable

    Accounts payable, coding, and bill preparation

    Payroll

    Bank reconciliation

    Desired Qualifications

    High School diploma or GED

    3+ years of experience in an Office Manager role

    3+ years of accounting experience

    Working knowledge of Excel and of Microsoft Office products

    Ability to develop and maintain processes to maximize accuracy and efficiency in role

    Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, vendors, and management

    Ability to multitask effectively

    Preferred Experience

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
