    Position Overview:

    At Ocean Dental Group we provide exceptional dental care to our diverse patients through friendliness and attention to detail. Our Team members exemplify humility, mutual respect, integrity, and the highest commitment to patient care. The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a dental practice. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following:

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Managing staff

    o Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff

    · Managing patient care

    o Scheduling appointments, reviewing treatment plans, and helping patients apply for financial assistance

    · Managing office operations

    o Creating and maintaining office procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the office budget in collaboration with the Regional Manager.

    · Managing patient records

    o Maintain accurate patient records in the patients Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

    o Scheduling patient Appointments

    · Managing office technology

    o Maintaining office computer equipment and integrating new technologies

    · Managing office supplies

    o Ordering and maintaining office supplies, and ensuring inventory is accurate

    · Managing office safety

    o Overseeing building maintenance, security, and cleaning services, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff

    · Managing office communications

    o Communicating with staff and patients

    · Managing office finances

    o Overseeing patient billing and payment methods in collaboration with the Billing Team.

    o Managing the office budget
