    Firm Overview

We are a retirement plan consulting firm headquartered in downtown Chicago. We provide services to corporations, non-profits, and higher education institutions. Our fast-growing firm was founded in 2012, and we have quickly developed into an industry-leading company within our niche. Our cohesive team is very entrepreneurial, and all have embraced a growing workforce. Many of us have worked for larger organizations and have discovered the freedom of working for a smaller, growing company where decisions are made efficiently and contributions are meaningful at all levels of the organization. We celebrate our successes together and pitch in to ensure our clients benefit from our best thinking.

As a community, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Retirement is a universal concern that affects everyone. In turn, it is important to us and we need people from all backgrounds to help build the future of retirement for all of our clients and for the industry. DEI is a foundational value of the organization and in all aspects of the investment advisor arena.
