Office Manager/HR
Our client, a growing full-service environmental and engineering consulting firm, is seeking an Office Manager/HR professional to oversee daily operations and drive a positive workplace culture. This pivotal role involves supervising administrative staff, managing HR policies and benefits, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth office functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office activities and vendor relations
- Handle event planning, marketing materials, and facility/IT issues
- Administer HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance training
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes
- Maintain accurate timekeeping, reconcile statements, and support financial tasks
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in office management or HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Deltek or similar software a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Familiarity with state and federal labor laws; Notary Public a plus
