We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizational efficiency and be able to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, including email and phone calls.
Manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate with management to oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of managing budgets and financial records.
