    At SERVPRO of Lewiston/Auburn - Oxford/South Paris, we are a fast-paced, client-focused water damage restoration company serving residential and commercial clients. Our team is committed to quick, high-quality service and strong communication. We’re looking for an organized and dependable Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative functions, support one administrative staff member, and ensure that operations, timelines, and communication with vendors and clients run efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, multitasking, and a customer-first attitude.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise and support an Administrative Assistant

    Maintain organized systems for files, paperwork, and documentation

    Track and manage inventory of chemicals and office supplies

    Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule services, receive supplies, and manage relationships

    Work with internal staff to ensure project timelines are met and client needs are fulfilled

    Assist client needs with professionalism and urgency

    Handle incoming calls and office communications as needed

    Support management with special projects and day-to-day tasks

    Position Requirements:

    Proven experience in office management, administration, or coordination

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)

    Confident working with vendors and resolving customer service issues

    Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

    Previous experience in a service-based or construction-related industry preferred

    Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

    This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
