Key Responsibilities
Oversee office operations, including scheduling, compliance, and financial processes
Manage and support office staff, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
Maintain company records, reports, and training programs
Assist with budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and risk management
Requirements
5+ years of office, accounting, or customer service management experience
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
Ability to learn new software (e.g., Xactimate)
