    Your role as an office sales manager:

    Sales Leadership Develop and implement strategies to drive new business, with a focus on securing larger corporate sales accounts. Inspire and manage a sales team by assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing ongoing coaching and leadership.

    Operational Excellence Collaborate with the operations department to ensure flawless execution of sales commitments. Support daily operations, including managing sales data, customer service processes, and HR workflows. Proactively identify and resolve challenges to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Act as a trusted leader, making critical decisions in the manager’s absence to ensure seamless business operations.

    Customer Satisfaction - Champion a customer-focused culture by promptly addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.

    Performance Management- Conduct performance evaluations, recognize achievements- guide team members in areas of improvement.

    Who You Are: Proven sales and management experience (3+ years required)

    A natural leader with strong team management and motivational skills

    A problem solver with excellent communication and customer service expertise

    Preferred experience working in a service-related industry

    Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

    Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
