    Employment Opportunity:

    Selective Investigations, Inc. is hiring an Office Manager to handle a variety of duties to include: payroll, accounts receivables/payables and human resources. This is a hybrid position working from home and in our Fort Lauderdale office. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, human resources or related field or experience.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Assist in the recruitment process, posting job openings, initial phone interviews and coordinating onboarding materials for new hires

    Verify and process payroll using Quick Books and ADP to ensure accurate payroll processing

    Managing off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary documentation

    Maintain HR records

    Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

    Serve as point of contact for employee inquires related HR and payroll

    Plan and organize company events including holiday parties and employee appreciation activities, to boost morale and engagement

    Conduct annual worker’s comp, general liability and automobile insurance audits

    Special projects as directed by management

    Oversee office IT systems

    Manage office supplies inventory and manage procurement processes

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in, business administration, human resources or related field

    Experience with ADP & QuickBooks

    Multitasking

    Organizational skills

    Attention to detail

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office

    Have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Familiarity with basic HR policies

    Bookkeeping experience a plus

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
