Compensation and Benefits: • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 with Bonus (based on experience and qualifications) • Performance-Based Bonuses • Paid Vacation & Holidays • Comprehensive Dental Benefits (Including Orthodontics) • Professional Development & Leadership Training • Collaborative and Growth-Oriented Work Environment • Opportunity to Make a Meaningful Impact on Children's Oral Health • One on one strategic coaching to help promote personal and professional growth Responsibilities: Operational & Financial Leadership • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and adherence to industry best practices. • Develop and implement strategic initiatives with leadership to optimize patient flow, improve financial performance, and expand services. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, inventory levels, budgeting, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. • Ensure accurate billing, insurance claims processing, and revenue cycle management, maximizing profitability while maintaining compliance. • Manage department budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability. Team Leadership & Development • Lead, mentor, and manage administrative and clinical support teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture. • Conduct staff training and development to enhance performance in customer service, compliance, and practice management. • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce. • Implement morning huddles and end-of-day reports to drive accountability and operational alignment. • Manage team bonuses and incentive programs to maintain engagement and performance. Patient & Parent Experience • Cultivate a welcoming and child-friendly atmosphere, ensuring positive patient and parent interactions. • Implement feedback mechanisms to measure and enhance patient satisfaction. • Work with leadership to develop marketing strategies for patient growth and retention. Compliance & Administrative Oversight • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations, maintaining best practices in patient privacy and workplace safety. • Oversee appointment scheduling, patient record management, and insurance coordination. • Plan 6-12 months ahead for operational challenges, working with leadership to set and achieve strategic goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred). • 3+ years of leadership experience in operations or office management within a pediatric dental, orthodontic, or medical practice. • Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to optimize workflows and enhance patient experiences. • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills. • Expertise in financial management, billing, and insurance processes. • Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Passion for working with children and creating a warm, welcoming dental environment. • EOS experience is a plus Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000
