We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Office Manager to help us run a smooth and efficient office while providing top-notch client service. Position Overview: As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the firm, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will play a key role in managing office systems, supporting the legal team, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support. • Maintain client files and documents in compliance with immigration regulations. • Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure the security of physical and electronic records. • Assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, and legal forms. • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-equipped. • Assist with billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. • Process client payments, and coordinate with accounting as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role in a law firm or legal environment. • Familiarity with immigration law and related legal terminology is highly preferred. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal management software. • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle confidential information with discretion. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. • A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly

    • Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support. • Maintain client files and documents in compliance with immigration regulations. • Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure the security of physical and electronic records. • Assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, and legal forms. • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-equipped. • Assist with billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. • Process client payments, and coordinate with accounting as needed. • Supervise office staff (including administrative assistants, paralegals, and receptionists.) and help coordinate team schedules and tasks.
