We seek an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining efficient office flow. Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing administrative staff, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Our clinic offers medical services, chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage.
We utilize the ChiroTouch electronic medical records system to manage patient records, schedule appointments, and process payments.
Handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification professionally and efficiently.
Post payments, collect co-pays, and manage billing processes in accordance with office policies and procedures.
Interact with patients courteously and friendly, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Ensure office cleanliness and organization, including managing filing systems and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Assist in marketing efforts and patient outreach initiatives, including contacting and reactivating old patients.
Collaborate with the chiropractic team to optimize office flow and improve patient experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar role in a healthcare setting, preferably in a chiropractic office.
Proficiency with ChiroTouch or similar electronic medical records systems is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of the office.
Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in office management or healthcare administration is a plus.
