Office Manager
Candidate Must Possess:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. · Must maintain a polite and professional attitude via phone and email. · Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Job Description:
· Coordinate daily scheduling for a fleet of 5 trucks. Assigning work to appropriate trucks based on geographic locations.
· Ability to create and follow through with leads from inception to completion.
. Handle all insurance requirements. Renewals & COI’s.
· Use job posting sites to post available jobs.
. Call prospective candidates to set up interviews.
· Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
· Create Voicemail Drops and Emails to current customer database.
· Manages company social media channels; including Facebook and Instagram.
· Communicate with and support business owners daily.
· Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
· Payroll and bookkeeping experience a plus.
