    We’re looking for a highly driven office manager to lead our administrative staff. You’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and coordinating real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is an organized and efficient leader who loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work. Pay is hourly plus bonuses. If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Oversee the input of leads into CRM and distribute new leads to inside sales agent and/or outside sales agents, team leader • Input and manage all documents related to listings and buyer contracts • Set up and execute processes for new listings (i.e. ordering signs, inputting data into MLS, etc.) • Oversee our day-to-day operations and supervise administrative assistants • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization • Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards • Streamline office systems including scheduling team member meetings, optimizing the organizational budget, organizing the office, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary Qualifications: • Associates degree required, bachelors degree a plus • Proficiency with organization, time management, and balancing multiple projects • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills Compensation: $41,600 + bonuses
