Job Summary

This job will require some work from home & some days working at locations. You will be required to check app based office work daily & communicate via phone or messaging daily along with other office tasks.(7 days a week) On days you're needed at locations( on average it is 2-4 days a week) will be commercial cleaning on buildings,inspections and other tasks. You will also be the on call person in the event someone calls out of their shifts.Most days are 6:00 a.m start time & 4 p.m. Start time, some times will be adjusted. Prefer someone with knowledge of apps & technology. Good Grammar skills. Good communications skills & friendly . This position also requires someone with patience and team player.Also looking for someone who can handle problems effectively and calmly. Candidate must have integrity. Candidate must be able to follow directions & understand instructions.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and supplies of the building

Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, clean restrooms and empty trash cans daily and other tasks as needed

Write reports,take photos, perform inspections

Do in app tasks and communication daily

Travel with team lead to start new accounts(this is for the state of Georgia, usually within 2 1/2 hours of Vidalia but varies & is not often)

Come into locations when cleaners call out

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

At least 6 months of experience in janitorial services(preferred )

Prefer someone with experience on a floor scrubber

Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksites( you will be going to different ones daily & this must be your own car)

Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment

Excellent stamina and physical health

Active\working cell phone with internet with knowledge of apps & technology

Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

Must be able to work weekends,early mornings & afternoons or evenings
