Responsibilities Needed To Fit Into Our Team ($20-25/hour based on skillset and experience):

• This is a W2 position, where $20-25/hour is your base compensation. We throw in medical and dental benefits like confetti, and paid holidays and PTO for your well-deserved work-life balance.

• It's a 40-hour gig, but don't worry, you get to dance in your PJs because it's a fully remote position for this multi-tasking guru we're looking for.

• Your mission, should you choose to accept it: sell inbound leads, turn cold calls into warm friendships, and build relationships like a matchmaker for handyman services. Bonus points if you can convince clients that home repairs are thrilling adventures.

• We're not looking for a phone operator; we're looking for someone with a positive, high-energy phone demeanor — think of it as bringing the party to every call. Imagine you're the DJ, and the playlist is all about fixing stuff.

• Are you a learning enthusiast? Great! We'll be your coaches in the art of estimating home improvement projects. If you think learning is cool, and you're not allergic to new ideas, we want you. No degrees in acrobatics required, but the ability to juggle multiple tasks is vital.

• You'll enjoy creating an organized schedule for your team of Handymen — slots perfectly filled, and no messy details left behind. Working remotely is a talent, and you'll tie up more loose ends than a kindergarten teacher tying shoes.

• Customer service is not just a phrase; it's your mantra. Ace Hardware has been delivering top notch customer experiences for over 100 years! You'll collaborate with our dynamic team like a superhero joining forces with other heroes (minus the capes, unless that's your thing).

Required Qualifications and Skills - You Got This!:

• Successful sales experience are your battle scars—we want gladiators, not keyboard warriors.

• Quick learner alert! You'll need to conquer new software systems faster than a superhero changing into their costume. Service Titan, Microsoft and Google are your sidekicks, and Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, Drive, etc., are your weapons of choice.

• Bring your own hardware—we're not talking about hammers and screwdrivers. At a minimum, a computer/laptop and two additional monitors.

This is a remote position.
