    About the Role

    Placental Analytics, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support our principal, a Board-Certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist. In this role, you will assist with the management of legal case files, scheduling, billing, and patient case coordination. You will handle general office duties such as liaising with vendors and ensuring the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Additionally, you will handle scheduling personal appointments for the principal, as well as assisting with paperwork and bills. Note: the office is in the principal’s home where there are two small dogs and two cats.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage a busy schedule for our principal

    Maintain effective communication with all clients

    Process, open, send, receive, and organize case materials

    Handle invoicing and accounts receivable

    Conduct conflict of interest checks

    Order and manage office supplies

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Highly organized and detail-oriented

    Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar

    Experience with invoicing using QuickBooks Online and Square

    Prior legal or medical experience is a plus, but not required
