Area Supervisor for Commercial Cleaning / Hancock County / Greenfield

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Supporting front line cleaners in the assigned area
Making sure all cleaning specifications in the assigned area are performed properly and in timely manner
Maintaining supply levels weekly
Tracking and Reporting weekly progress reports
Passion for a job well done
Locations we service are: Hancock County (Greenfield, Fortville, Mt. Comfort, New Pal, McCordsville) and Indy East Side
This is a hands-on position and not an office position for 30 hours/week. Typical hours are 4pm - 10pm M-F. You will be collaborating daily with our team, working with our front-line employees, checking accounts, training new employee's, re-supplying accounts, and cleaning. The Individual selected must be capable of working little supervision, have good people skills , quick thinker & problem solver.
Must be over the age of 21 with a Valid Indiana Driver's License & Clean driving record Must be able to pass background check Must have at least 1-year commercial cleaning experience
