Responsibilities: • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date • Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly • Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure Qualifications: • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
