We are looking for a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team in Louisville, KY. The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive experience and supporting administrative functions within the office.
Salary :$16.50 - $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain an up-to-date visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating office calendars.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
