Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed • Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly Qualifications: • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Compensation: $40,000
