This is a performance-based position with an opportunity to receive bonuses Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Client Intake & Screening: • Receive and screen all new client calls. • Review case information and determine if the caller has a viable claim. • Manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows effectively and efficiently. • Communicate with potential clients via phone, text, chat, and email. • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in case management software. Reception & Administrative Duties: • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and update client files. • Greet clients, ensure a positive first impression, and maintain a tidy waiting room. • Offer beverages to clients upon arrival. • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including typing and filing basic legal documents and correspondence. • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on assigned cases. • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other external contacts as needed. Legal Support: • Work under the supervision of an attorney to provide a spectrum of legal services. • Assist in drafting and filing legal documents. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications: • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations in a legal office. • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with case management software. • Preferred experience in personal injury law, sales, telemarketing, or client intake. • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. • Ability to manage high-volume tasks and prioritize effectively. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting. Compensation: $36,000 - $44,500 yearly
