Part-time positions available - 20+ hours a week Responsibilities: • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information • Schedule training, daycare, and boarding services • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying • Maintain in-house inventory • Payroll data entry • Social media development • General cleaning and housekeeping • Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred Compensation: $14.83 hourly
