As an Office Receptionist at Messa Sync, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. This position is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service. You will handle a variety of administrative and office support tasks while contributing to the overall efficiency of our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle office supplies and inventory.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Ensure the office is running smoothly by managing office-related requests
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
