We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. In this role, you will manage the front desk, answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and data entry
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist in the preparation of office materials and reports
Support the office management team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage a busy office environment with a positive attitude
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative qualifications are a plus
