About Our Agency
Our mission is to help small business owners in Texas get the best insurance protection for their business at the lowest possible rates.
I am a US Navy Veteran of 13 years as a Hospital Corpsman.
I am a proud former Police Officer with the Sachse Police Department.
I have 7 years experience in the insurance industry.
I have over 30 years building teams and succeeding in all kinds of environments.
Requirements
Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping small businesses and small business owners
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Responsibilities
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation: $36,500 Pre-Licensed then $41,500 Plus Commission once licensed
