We are offering 2 people an opportunity to enter into a 2-year real estate apprenticeship program with a base salary of $30,000/year. We are a family-owned business with over 60 years in the residential real estate and auction industry. • Must do the DISC Assessment asked when applying for the job to be considered and resume must be up to date **** What we offer: • A unique onboarding program where you can start learning the ropes in our customer service department and progress to obtaining your real estate license within 12 months which is paid by Ness Bros if you are interested. • A salaried training program complemented by commission opportunities. • A supportive and engaging work environment that values hard work, teamwork, humility, and drive. Compensation: Competitive hourly wage of $15 with the possibility of increasing up to $50-$60K per year. Responsibilities: • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. • Must be comfortable with driving i.e. on highways. • Build and manage systems for client support, lead generation, and database management. • Oversee all listing files and coordinate marketing efforts, including brochures, flyers, and online marketing strategies. • Serve as the key liaison between clients and agents. Qualifications: • Must complete the DISC assessment in order to be considered for an interview. Resumes should have a proven track record of customer service experience over a continuous period of time and must be up to date. • Must have graduated high school, and received a G.E.D. or equivalent. • Technological proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general internet skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with documents. • Flexibility in daily routines, able to manage shifting priorities efficiently. • Strong ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly. • A professional demeanor, supporting team goals, and contributing to everyone's success. • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable making telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations. Compensation: $15 hourly
