    Job Description

    Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions

    • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels for office supplies and placing orders accurately and accordingly. Maintain appropriate control over inventory and unpackages orders in the supply room in a timely and neat fashion.
    • Serve as the lead for planning and executing all company events and meetings.
    • Assist in maintaining merchandise levels for the Company Store. Monitor and maintain adequate levels and ensure appropriate control over inventory. Update the merchandise tracker for inventory levels as well as to ensure proper payment has been received.
    • Oversee the Mail Room to ensure adequate levels of shipping goods. Order refills as necessary and ensure the Mail Room is neat and orderly.
    • Ensure the mail meter is functioning properly and adequate postage has been loaded to the meter.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and office events monthly or as scheduled.
    • Serve as the primary backup for the Cordova Office Receptionist by acting as the first point of contact for all guests, answering and transferring incoming calls, sorting incoming mail and packages, and metering outgoing mail.
    • Serve as the lead in planning monthly office lunches.
    • Responsible for accurately building all new hire policy books and forms.
    • Perform general administrative functions including, but not limited to, generating reports, maintaining files, completing logs, processing required forms and documents.
    • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.
    • Reconcile and submit FedEx invoices, among others, for approval and payment. Follow up with accounting and/or vendors as needed.
    • Ensure the Hospitality area is fully stocked for visiting guests. Maintain dining room and kitchen for event set up and breakdown. Ensure all spaces are tidy and ready for guests. Maintain supply levels for all lunches or meetings.
    • Assist the Human Resources team with ad hoc projects and reports.
    • Perform all related responsibilities as required.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses

    • Associates Degree preferred.
    • One to two years of Office Services/Human Resources experience.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (including any physical demands)

    • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
    • Broad range of computer skills including experience with Microsoft programs, especially MS Word, Excel and Power Point, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams.
    • Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Self-directed and motivated.

    This position will be in office 5 days a week.
