Office Services Specialist

M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
Qualifications
This person would be responsible for processing mail, conference room set up, ordering and delivering office supplies, making copies, and responding to facilities requests. This is a very fast paced environment with executive level employees. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be adaptable to the customer’s ever changing needs. This would be a temp to permanent position if they do well. There will be walking (delivering mail to assigned floors) pushing/pulling a cart with supplies/paper. No lifting over 50lbs without assistance. They will primarily be using a mail machine and a copy machine.
