Job Title: Office Specialist
Pay Rate: $16.21/hr - $24.31/hr DOE(depending on experience)
Hours of Work: Day shift 8:00am to 4:45pm
Location: 2440 SE Raymond St. Portland, OR
Job Summary:
Supports the Portland office team in providing an amazing customer experience by working across multiple areas; including shipping, receiving, billing, purchasing, and sales.
The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, proactive, and is an effective communicator. You excel at organization and can prioritize tasks to meet goals efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, allowing you to advocate for both employees and the company.
Writes credit memos and Return Goods Authorizations for the Portland branch. Maintains billing records and accounts payable. Performs other duties including data entry, shipping entry, tearing orders and filing. Types PO's and keeps track of incoming bills for the warehouse. Maintains mill test report documents. Fulfills other duties as needed.
_Required Essential Job Skills/Experience:_
1. Strong communicator.

3. Six months to 1 year of office experience.
4. High school education or equivalent.
5. Excellent reading skills.
6. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
