Job Summary:
As the welcoming face of our RV Park/Spa Resort, you'll deliver exceptional guest service while managing front desk operations, sales, and administrative tasks. Your role ensures smooth check-ins/check-outs, handles reservations, promotes resort amenities, and maintains accurate records. We're seeking a customer-focused, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide information about accommodations, amenities, and local attractions
Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cancellations efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with accurate information
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain financial records
Promote and upsell resort services, premium sites, spa packages, and activity programs
Market seasonal passes, memberships, and special promotions to guests
Maintain and update reservation systems and booking calendars
Assist with inventory management of retail items, office supplies, and resort equipment
Prepare daily reports, maintain guest records, and perform data entry tasks
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs
Help organize and promote resort events, activities, and special programs
Enforce resort policies and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Perform light clerical duties and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
Previous experience in resorts, hotels, or RV parks preferred
Proficiency with reservation systems and basic office software (MS Office)
Strong cash handling and basic math skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sales-oriented mindset with upselling capabilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
