This position can be a HYBRID, 3-day Minimum In-Office job position.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Organize and oversee clerical operations and procedures. ✅ Manage clinic records, ensuring proper retention and protection. ✅ Review accounts payable, personnel records, and clerical documents for accuracy. ✅ Prepare reports and summarize critical information for management. ✅ Train, orient, and supervise assigned clerical personnel. ✅ Maintain and update database information. ✅ Process medical supply purchases. ✅ Assist providers during patient exams and procedures. ✅ Record patient vital signs and prepare exam rooms. ✅ Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care. ✅ Greet and check in patients, verify insurance, and update medical records. ✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals. ✅ Handle phone inquiries and assist with prescription refills.
Extra Information:
We are looking for someone who wants to build a successful admin office for an established clinical team. Needs to know: How to apply for credentialing with insurance providers, work with third party billers to maximize AR, not afraid to do a little clean up from previous management, good customer service skills, experience with assisting practitioners with clinic days, intake and scheduling skills.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) ✔️ Excellent organizational and time management skills ✔️ Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with clinic policies ✔️ Knowledge of billing software, spreadsheets, and word processing ✔️ Positive, cooperative attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔️ Familiarity with risk management, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards
Minimum Requirements:
📌 Education: High school diploma or GED 📌 Experience: 1-2 years in office operations 📌 License/Certification: Valid driver’s license & proof of auto liability insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
🎓 Education: Associate Degree 🩺 Experience: 2 years in a medical clinic setting, including billing
