    Job Description

    TeamBuilders is hiring for an experienced Office Support Agent to join a local Travel Agency in Fresno, CA.

    The Office Support Agent role is onsite and will start on a part-time basis (4 hours daily Monday - Friday) and become full-time (Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm) in January 2025 and will consist of providing excellent support to customers, planning and coordinating travel details, performing data entry, accounting reconciliation and assisting management and staff with administrative tasks.

    The ideal candidate will be proactive & resourceful and possess strong experience in customer support, data entry, filing, general office support with impeccable detail orientation, organizational and professional communication skills. A desire to work, learn and grow within the travel industry would be favorable.

    The Office Support Agent is being offered on a Temp to Hire basis (will become permanent) at a starting pay rate of up to $20.00 per hour, depending upon experience. Company offers excellent advancement and growth opportunities.

    The Daily Responsibilities of the Office Support Agent to Include:

    • Data Entry of reservation details
    • Travel document preparation
    • Timeline management, organization of trip workflows and monitoring deadlines
    • Collaboration with hotels and travel providers with regard to trip logistics
    • Provide concierge support with dining, activities & tour reservations as necessary
    • Accounting support such as reconciliation and data entry
    • Additional general clerical support duties as required
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The Required Attributes, Skills, Experience and Knowledge of the Office Support Agent:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an Administrative Support, Office Support or related role
    • Excellent client relations and customer service experience
    • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
    • Professional communication skills (Interpersonal, Verbal and Written)
    • Impeccable attention to detail, organizational, prioritization, problem solving, and time management skills required to successfully execute the duties of this role
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced office environment while also maintaining accuracy and efficiency
    • Willingness to learn, grow and obtain a long-term career within the travel industry is a plus
