    Office Support Assistant

    We are looking for a full-time Office Support Assistant to help in our Marketing Department and with the Front Desk with the administrative and organizational functions in the day-to-day operation of our departments. Our work is focused on treating problem water and ensuring safe water in homes. Your goal is to provide great customer service to our customers and potential customers

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    Answering phones both in the Marketing Dept and the Front Desk

    Provide excellent customer service while providing general support to customers.

    Speaking with potential customers to schedule an appointment using a prepared script with additional information

    Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or Sales Reps

    Data entry utilizing proprietary software, Excel, and Word

    Completing lead information by recording names and addresses as well as other important information

    Gathering data on sales leads for further marketing analysis

    Taking clear and concise messages as necessary

    Following protocol to keep customers’ personal information secure and adhering to quality assurance standards

    Assisting with other daily office needs including but not limited to filing

    Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

    Preferred skills:

    A professional and courteous telephone manner being comfortable speaking on the phone, texting or emailing

    General customer service skills including active listening and empathizing with customer needs

    Patience to take an appropriate amount of time with phone calls to answer their questions and hear their concerns

    Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

    Proficient w/Microsoft outlook, excel and word

    Exceptional planning, problem solving, time management and organizational skills.

    Ability to operate standard office equipment

    Patience and endurance to sit/stand behind a desk all day.

    Attention to detail and the willingness to learn

    Previous customer service experience of at least 2 years

    Additional training will be provided.
