    About the Role:

    We are seeking an Office Specialist to join our team at BrightStar Care of Stroudsburg. As an Office Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, have a willingness to travel, and have a passion for helping others, we’d love to have you on board!

    Responsibilities:

    Leverage applicant tracking systems to screen and interview candidates

    Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment

    Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for clients and employees

    Handle incoming calls and emails, and provide excellent customer service

    Support the office staff with various administrative tasks

    Requirements:

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred

    Compassionate and caring demeanor
