Job Responsibilities:

✅ Greet parents, staff, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor ✅ Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with general inquiries ✅ Maintain student and staff records with confidentiality ✅ Assist with enrollment paperwork and parent communication ✅ Organize and manage office supplies and inventory ✅ Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry ✅ Assist teachers and staff with clerical needs as needed ✅ Ensure a clean and organized front office area

Qualifications:

✔️ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) ✔️ Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred ✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✔️ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion ✔️ Positive attitude and a heart for working with children and families
