About the Role
As the Office Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day office operations, assist team members, and enhance the client experience by seamlessly integrating executive assistance, office administration, and company culture. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and office visitors.
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, and client correspondence.
- Organize records and filing systems and maintain data metrics using CCH Axcess software.
- Prepare management reports and assist leadership with reporting needs.
- Oversee office supply orders and coordinate events like lunch-and-learns.
Administrative Support
- Schedule and facilitate staff and client meetings.
- Draft and proofread client communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and strengthen client relationships.
Client and Team Support
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and team members.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Assist team members with skill-building and promote collaboration.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in office management, executive assistance, or administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
- Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements
- Communicate effectively and maintain a stationary position for extended periods.
- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment
This position operates in an indoor office setting with controlled temperatures. Commonly used tools include a computer, telephone, copier, fax machine, and postage meter.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay : $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits : Dental, health, vision, life insurance; health savings account; paid time off.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
