Performs traditional general accounting functions such as cash receipts processing, accounts payable, payroll prep, general ledger reconciliations, and month end closings. Support schedules according to monthly close plan. Support for compiling information to provide to our tax accountants and provide support with other corporate reporting requirements. Assists with preparations for the annual audit. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. May design, modify, install, and/or maintain accounting systems to ensure an adequate recognition of financial transactions. Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and auditing policies and procedures.
