    This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

    Product Manager (2193)

    Annual Salary: $85,000/year + Full State Employee Benefits

    Job-related Travel: Occasional - Must posses a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Accounting, or Finance, plus four years of direct experience managing a technology environment for a large organization. A combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience for each year of the education, also qualifies.

    Previous experience in the Human Services field is a plus.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for all technology products offered, and services consumed in their portfolio;
    • Stakeholder and user management;
    • Division technology budget management;
    • Technology service delivery and solution management;
    • Technology strategies and product roadmaps;
    • Demand management and governance;
    • Customer experience management;
    • Organizational change management;
    • Service, financial and value reporting;
    • Utilize market research to get ideas for products that customers will want;
    • Defining product marketing communication objectives to competitor's products in order to assess competition in the market;
    • Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management;
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the agency's products
    • Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
    • Superior project management and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
    • Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative
    • Team player who collaborates well with others
    • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
    • Will work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
