We are looking for an experienced construction superintendent who can lead our labor crews and subcontractors. You'll help our construction company plan and manage multi-million dollar custom homes from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, homeowner communication, and quality control. Responsibilities: • Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily • Maintain a daily record of project progress and home repair updates for the project manager and the homeowner • Analyze subcontractor productivity toward timelines and performance goals to ensure that the project is on schedule to be finished on budget and to the highest possible quality • Reduce accidents and delays on construction sites by ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and reporting any problems to the project manager as soon as they arise Qualifications: • Has basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office • You will need a high school diploma for this position, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred • Finished training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site • 5 years of prior experience as a general contractor is required for this position; additional management experience preferred • Must have general contractor license Compensation: $100,000+
