WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS TO WORK FROM HOME THAT LIVE IN SAN DIEGO, CA AND OCCASIONALLY BE AVAILABLE FOR IN PERSON MEETINGS.
As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you’ll bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through phone calls and email support.
DESIRED SKILLS:
· Excellent at handling customer inquiries of various types of questions
· Active listener and ability to problem solve and be patient
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· You can manage and overcome objections and address any issues or concerns
· Enthusiastic, friendly, and positive personality
· Ability to multi-task and efficient time management skills
· Organized and willingness to learn the business
PAY RATE & JOB DETAILS:
· Competitive pay rate: $20.00/HR
· Part time
· Must live in San Diego, CA
· Ability to occasionally have in person meetings with the owner
REQUIREMENTS TO WORK FROM HOME:
· A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work
· Excellent internet connectivity & sufficient internet speed
· A smartphone with the ability to download the app that will be leveraged for communications
· Ability to work part time from home
