This is a newly created position which oversees the entire invoice reconciliation process and ensures that invoices are paid. Position Responsibilities: This position primarily identifies, tracks, and resolves invoice discrepancies. * Responsible for identifying and tracking discrepancies through their resolution. * Act as primary problem solver concerning invoice discrepancies and is charged with following up for missing paperwork and authorizations. * Make sound decisions about various client billing issues including budget reporting (plan vs. buy vs. invoice) discrepancy management, client invoicing and all related tasks. * Efficient accounts payable processing is critical to cash flow and is a time consuming process. * Maintain relationships with vendors and members of the firms Local Spot Investment Group. This position will work closely and continuously with these individuals, requiring strong oral communication skills to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally in person and by telephone. * Assist billing team in contacting vendors for missing invoices.
