    Job Description

    This is a valuable position within the organization, responsible for assisting executive management, operations and clients with daily tasks while maintaining a professional level of customer service to our clients. Daily functions include, relationship management, inbound and outbound calls to clients and their customers, management of our 24x7 outsourced answering service, creating and refining internal processes with documentation, and Interim HR support to the current team.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 5 years experience with Customer Service and 2 years Human Resources or similar experience. Must have management-level verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to the executive level.

    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

    • Microsoft Windows or Mac OS 10+ years

    • Microsoft Office or Google Docs 5+ years

    • Project Management Software (5PM / MS Project / JIRA / Trello or equivalent) 2+ years

    • Base download/upload internet speed of at least 10Mbps. Satellite/HotSpot internet is NOT acceptable.

    • Quiet dedicated space to work.

    DAILY JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Client onboarding and periodic courtesy calls

    • Support for clients technical and billing issues

    • Management of private labeled answering service

    • Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires

    • Documentation of all processes & procedures

    • Weekly performance reporting

    • Assist in quality assurance testing

    • Prepare basic department budget forecasts quarterly

    • Perform other duties as requested by management

    • Multi-tasking and critical awareness for high priority items
