Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate on-call caregiver to step in during staff shortages. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to providing high-quality care for residents in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Administer medications as directed

Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

Monitor residents' well-being and report any concerns

Follow care plans and communicate effectively with staff and families

Qualifications:

Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in an Adult Foster Home setting

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Strong communication and teamwork skills
